Good Day!
We are using SMSME version 6.5 in the network. I am quiet new to this and is trying to understand the product.
The issue is that a user complained that he sent a mail internally with pdf attachment and it was not delievered. I checked in the quarantine but did not find any info related to the mail.
I would like to know from where can I track the logs. I did check the location X:\Program Files\Symantec\SMSMSE\6.5\Server\logs. But this folder is empty. Do I need to specifically enable logging or is there a way I can do message tracking.
Please assist me with this.
