Unable to stop encryption process using PGP WDE

Hi guys,

I was trying to encrypt an external USB HDD using PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP4, it was fine doing encryption until my Windows 7 run into some problems.

When I try to resume encryption, the progress indicator didn't move at all. So I check the disk status using, pgpwde --status --disk 1, and found out that the encryption was interrupted by some unknown system error. 

I tried to stop the encryption by using, pgpwde --stop --disk 1 --passphrase "<passphrase>", and encounter an error code -12202 Invalid credential specified.

I was sure that my passphrase was correct. Any solution or advise on this matter?
