This provides the ability to change key user fields to render the display name of the user, rather than the email address. Specifically, Affected User, Submitted By User, Owner, and ResolvedBy User can all now be changed to render the Display Name, rather than the email address, or a combination of both, as the example provides.
This uses a Integration component to generate a user mapping for the information. Afterwares, you attach the associated process via automation rules to the the existing Servicedesk tickets.
