Can't delete quarantine files

Hello,

I am running Windows Vista and my quarantine folder has blown up to around 80gb over an extended period of time.  I have scanned with multiple programs, and none have detected anything.  I've tried both going throught the GUI to delete the files (changing purge options included), and going straight to the folder.  Neither have had any results.
