be 2010 r3 sp2 CASO upgrade to BE 2012

hi guys,

we have 13 BE 2010 R3 SP2 servers one is the CASO server, we would like to upgrade to BE 2012  but the CASO first, after we will upgrade the CASO will all MMS running BE 2010 R3 Sp2 still be online and managabel from CASO or do we have to update them at all time ?

We also need to migrate the Backup Exec database from a 32 Bit OS (Windows 2003SP2-Standard – 32 Bit) to a 64 Bit OS (Windows 2008R2-Standard – 64 Bit). I understood from Technotes, that this migration is not supported from Symantec?
