Recently I have upgraded from Backup Exec 2012 to SP 2. I let the maintenance contracts expire shortly after. After the upgrade to SP2 my Exchange Database stopped backing up. I checked my licenses and showed that I have these Applications and Database license, however it is not installed on my Exchange server after updating the client on my Exchange server. I told it to target an install to my Exchanger server, but it only gave me an option to install Backup Agent or Backup Exec, no Applications and Databases agent.
Any advice?
