NBU tape freeze more frequent now on new media

Hi there,

As the title states, I have brand new fresh tapes in my rotation as an example labelled correctly without issues, and for example after a normal diff or full run, the next morning like 5-6 of these brand new tapes are "Frozen" by NBU for some reason, I have never seen this before.

I have seen the occational tape freeze as a result of it being in a bad state, however I dont understand how it can freeze 5-6 brand new fresh tapes at once, and even if I do an unfreeze, it just changes back to Frozen the day after.

I am running NBU 7.5.0.5 x64 on Server 2008 R2 box as the master.
