Something very basic - my client has just received a stack of new DDS5 tapes. First tape is inserted, an inventory is done and the tape is labeled. Next tape is inserted and inventory is done again...but the tape is never updated in Backup Exec. Media info still shows tape #1. Services restarted...no change. The whole server rebooted...no change.
Just for the "fun of it", major service pack to Backup Exec 2012 installed + server rebooted...no change.
Any ideas?
