Default Software Update Plug-in Policy Target: Where in the console or via SQL can you see the membership of this filter?

In NS6 we utilized the "Default Software Update Agent Configuration Policy" collection to determine which one of our servers had not been added into an appropriate software configuration policy.  This collection served as a notification policy for us due to the fact that the default software update configuration policy was disabled and if any system showed up here it would never get updated and so needed addressing.  We plan on using the same mechanism in PM7.

I've been searching around in the console for the actual members of this filter but it appears (like many Altiris collections/filters) to be hidden.

Anyone know if this filter is available to view within the console somewhere or via a SQL query?
