restore hyperv server to dissimilar hardware

Hello,

I need to restore an hyperv host server running windows 2012 to a different hardware, more specifically Motherboard, CPU and memory will be different.

What is the procedure I should do?

And what about windows activation? Will I need to active again, right? Will I have a trial period or I will have to immediatly call microsoft?
