Asset Management Suite - Additional Info

Hi all,

We are working with ITMS 7.1, and we are going to start a project in which we are going to use Asset Management Suite for SW License management and compliance.I need to create some procedures, as most of data loading is going to be done by a vendor, and I have been working in our preproduction environment over Purchase, License, Contract, Product and other items,and although I have understood some of the fields, I am unable to understand other ones. User manual doesn't describe which is the purpose of each window fields, or it doesn't refer to them... Do you know if there is a manual, tutorial or something similar which explains each fields meaning and functionalities?
