how to Disable symantec agents & disable plug-in before migration

Hello,

I am migrating ITMS 7.1SP2 to ITMS 7.5.

My query is how to disable SMA & all the Plug-ins in ITMS 7.1 SP2 before migration.

I have seen SMP but in that from settings TAB, we can disable the agents policies.

But is it the correct way for doing it???
