Good morning all,
We have set up several virtual servers, onto which one was placed our Backup Exec 12.5 server. We were halfway through setting up a backup for the vmdks when the SAN failed and has lost all of the metadata for the vmdk files for around 60% of our servers. Meaning we have lost our backup exec server, all of the backup to disk folders are stored on 2 x DX80s. I have now rebuilt a backup exec server but need to know how to bring the backups back into this new server. Is it possible and what is the routine please?
