How to launch a web page after uninstall?

I am using WiseScript Package Editor in Wise Installation Studio 7.0. I want to launch an uninstall survey page (http://www.datanumen.com/uninstall/survey.htm) after user uninstalls my product. So I just go to "Uninstall" tab, then choose to add "Execute Program", but I don't know how to specify the program file name since what I need to launch is a web page, so I just input "http://www.datanumen.com/uninstall/survey.htm" as the "File Name" to be executed. But this does not work, after uninstalling, the web page is not poped up.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?
