Impossible to restore a contact list exchange 2010.

Our environment:

Exchange 2010 on a Windows 2008 server standard
Backupexec on ​​a Windows 2012 server.
 

BackupExec version: 2010 SP1

I need to restore a list of contacts in a mailbox. I made a duplication of the tape on a hard drive for convenience.

When launching the restoration, after having selected the list of contacts in the mailbox, I get this error: V-79-57344-33029

00020 Restoration work has failed with the following error:
Invalid identifier for library support physical volume.
