Oracle Database - redirected restore

Hi 

We are using BE 2012 R3 to take oracle database backup . Backup is configure as D2T . Log file achieve option is enable for 2 days . 

While doing redirected database restore it gives error log file not found   ( either form Disk or tape media) . We have open a case with tech support but no luck 

any input will be highly appreciated .
