How to Clear "Last 7 Days of Backup Jobs"?

I'd like to know how I can clear the yellow exclamation point/green checkmark/red x information in the "Last 7 Days of Backup Jobs" on the list of servers in the "Backup and Restore" tab.  I have cleared all of my job logs as I've done some major reconfigurations.  My OCD is kicking in and I don't want to see the exceptions and failures when they no longer apply, lol.  I also don't want to wait a week for them to fall off the list.
