Today, we have to create two legal hold notices for every case, because we have custodians (senior leadership) who do not have escalation managers listed on their Clearwell account. However, if we have a single legal hold notice (with both custodians that have an escalation manager and custodians without an escalation manger) and send out an escalation notice, the escalation notice will fail to send (including to those who do have escalation manager defined).
We would like to be able to have one legal hold notice and have the escalation notices go to the custodians who do have an escalation manager listed (and skip for those who don't). It is not desirable to have to setup/manage separate legal hold notices for custodians with Escalation Manager and without Escalation Manager.
