upgrade license from 2012 to 2012 v-ray

I'm currently using BE 2012 14.0 Rev 1798 (64bit). 4 physical servers 8 Hyper-V servers (1 Exchange, 1 SQL, 2 DC's, 4 others...). I wanted to take advantage of the V-Ray licensing so I purchased new V-Ray licenses for my environment. What is involved in upgrading? Do I just apply the new licenses? Do I have to install any new software or agents??
