Encrypt and Digitally Sign Information within Clearwell. The information within Clearwell is currently not encrypted / digitally signed. This means that skilled technical resources (e.g., System Administrators, Domain Administrators) with legitimate or nefarious intent can secretly access Clearwell and read, modify or delete information. This request is to have the data within the Clearwell repository be encrypted and digitally signed such that only those accessing information by properly logging into the Clearwell application can view the data in ‘clear text’.
