Workspace Stremaing 7.5 - SWS Data Access Server Service

Does anyone know why the SWS Data Access Server (ASWEDAServ or as_da.exe) service would terminate unexpectedly?  This service runs on the front end servers and would terminate about 3, 4, or 5 times throughout the day.   Has anyone experience the same problems.
