Software import quit working

Hi All,

     When we go to import software into SMC it asks where the files are, we point it to the location, it shows the files in the list. We make sure the .MSI or .EXE is set as the installation file.  The 2 boxes come up saying it is uploading the software. The box pops up with the new or update software selected. The box is checked to open Software Resource. Click NEXT to view. We click on the PACKAGE tab but there is no packages available. It was working fine the other day and now it stopped working. Any ideas would be great.
