restoring oracle backup to a new server

Hi

I need to restore a backup taken using the oracle agent to a new server, the new server however is setup differently to the one which was backed up (ie. different disk labels and folder structure). 

I have read the following which explains how to restore a database, but  this says the folder structure on the new server must be the same as the original.

Does anyone know if its possible to restore to a new server where the folder structures are different? this is on a windows 2003 server running backup exec 11d

any help would be appreciated.
