I needed contact the customer support for help, and the symantec customer support personnel made a remote connection to my dektop to verify this situation, The keyboard inside of Unerase is dead. Well, the person confirmed that the keyboard does not work effectively inside the application, he tell me that he sent a report to developer team, but they don't warrant nothing.
This is my terrible story:
A few days ago I had troubles with a hard disk, well I try to use Norton Utilities 16.0 - Unerase, but after approximately 48 hours of scanning my hard drive, is extremely hard and very difficult select many files individually using only the mouse and the pointer, I need to select one by one, but is not all at this time, I can't use arrow up, arrow down, shift + page down, shift + page up, ctrl to select multiple files but without specific order, the bar space to select one or multiple files only using the keyboard and other important thing is, I can't filter by the status, the issue is how I can select multiple files over more than 200,000 files using the keyboard and using massive selection?
I see that a many months ago there's no exist patches to Norton Utilities 16.0, is necessary to correct this problem, with new patches.
