It would be good if Symantec can provide an option in the setting to enable/disable the socket keepalive in LiveUpdate Administrator. We ran into a problem where the security appliance drop the LUA download connection as the socket expires.
This socket timeout or connection timeout is necessary to keep ensure system health. As Cyber Security is a hot cake now, there will be more security appliance being implemented to protect corporate asset. Security requirement will become stricter and there will be no more exception given.
Please implement this at your soonest.
