When publishing my workflow I have the local server and one other standalone server showing up, how are the other workflow servers on the network found? I've stood up a new workflow server as well as installed the workflow designer locally on my desktop. I have added smp credentials to all of them but they're not being managed through the smp. Ideally I'd like to publish from my desktop or from another server to the prod server.
