Looking for a report which logs "queued up" time

Master 7.5.0.4 on Win 2k8R2

5220 running 2.5.1

I'm trying to make a business case for an additional appliance since I see a lot of my Weekend backups and replications going into "waiting for resource" mode.  Yes, I could (and have, in the past) use a script to turn of SLP/AIR to get more slots but then I just end up with a large backlog...

 

So...is there a report out there (either in NB itself or OpsCenter Analytics) that contains the real time that NB tried to start things, why it was delayed (waiting for this or that resource) and when it actually kicked in?

I know I can see this info from the GUI but that eventually spools off...but I do have the system retaining 200 days of overall logs so hopefully there's a command out there that shows this info...
