Capability of notifying users when updates are made to existing cases

Hi,

I would like to make a suggestion that users get notified via e-mail whenever an update is made to an open case.  This way users do not need to stay logged into the Symantec Customer Portal.  It gets timed out so users constantly have to log back in to check for status updates.
