nbjm being flooded with messages per TECH141255 There are no hung processes on the client.
Description
Per Testnote we see no bpcd's on client or master. We are unable to clear this and its causing nbjm to be flooded with these messages and also the client is not able to perform backups. We have a very big environment and logs have not been enabled. The only workaround is to restart the master services. There is no schedule or pattern for this problem. It occurs at different schedule and for different clients each time. This problem is intermittent. Moreover there are no hung processes to kill. I am looking at a solution to stop nbjm flooding with these messages.
