I have tried opening a Tech Support Case, but the request form is not recognizing my product version as valid. The version I have installed is Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.5002.333. It is installed on my personal computer. I have gotten the attached blue screen and have been advised to uninstall SEP. So far I have been unable to uninstall using Windows Installer in Safe Mode. Please help me find where I can get CleanWipe.
