We are planning to stand up new SEP12 servers soon and want to migrate the existing policies from our production SEP11.7 servers. It would be very useful if there is a migration tool, query or report that could produce that information in lieu of screenshots of each separate policy window, client groups, etc.
As of now the only method is to export the policy settings into a non-viewable dat file per HOWTO54853.
I know other Symantec products such as Enterprise vault have tools that allow one to look at a glance at all the settings to make a quicker analysis of what to keep, improve, discuss etc.
