Migrate Backup Exec 2012 to New Server

Trying to migrate 2012 from our 2003 server to a 64bit 2008 server - I've read through a few migration guides and notice this migration path is unsupported however its so close to being complete!

I've copied the Catalog and BEX files from the Data folder, copied the database using BEUtility launched Backup Exec 2012 and all the jobs are there looks good.. however no Media is showing up at all. No offline tapes or media sets.. The new server has a new server name so I ran through the command line options to change the DB name from the old to the new and this hasn't made a difference..

Any advice would be greatfully recieved.
