agent dedup option not available when pushing agent

Hello,

Cannot find any similar topic here...I cannot enable the agent to use client-side-dedup.
When pushing the agent to the client, the dedup option is not available to be deployed (only the remote agent is sent to the client). I think this is the reason the job run on server-side dedup.

Backup exec: Server 2008, backup exec 2012
Client: Server 2008
