Backup Exec 2012 et 2012 V RAY

I have actually a backupExec 2010, i just want to upgrad it.

I ask myself the following questions about BackupExec.
In fact, for me BE 2012 and BE 2012 V-Ray versions are the same, copremant VM Ware and open files agent is the case?
