Restore Backup exec server with disaster recovery and dedup

Hello,

For one of our customers we want to create a backup solution wich provides a disaster recovery solution for all servers at another location.

Customer has an HyperV 2012 server network with a SBS 2011 server (also Backup Exec 2012 server) several RDS servers and three Application servers all Server 2008 R2 UK.

Internet connection is a 10mbps fiber connection.

what we want to do is to create a Deduplication folder (disk) to a Nas at another location. (with iscsi) 

In theory this should work. Only Question is how to recover my SBS (backup) server in case of a disaster.

I can backup my Dedup folder but how to recover the Backup Server??
