Client on Server complaining about Outlook Autoprotect and Early Launch

Good afternoon.  My network manager is install the new Symantec Endpoint client on some servers.  He has created new policies and has the following disabled:

Outlook Auto Protect

Early Launch Anti-Malware

The issue is the clients are complaining that these features are not on and wants to "fix" them.  Does anyone know how to remove these messages from showing up?
