Duplicate backup on tape error

Hello

I'm beginner with Netbackup

I tried several times to duplicate an image from Netbakup 7.5 catalog from OST disk to tape (included into a Robot) but it failed each time

I'm using a NDMP host which is connected to the robot

I have noticed also that when I try to perform a diagnistic for the dirve, it failed with error : "unable to allocate resources for diagnostics" otherwise for the robot , the diagnostic is OK.

Could you help me to fix this issue

I'm using Netbackup 7.5 installed on Win2K8 R2 std

My NDMP host is a Fujitsu CS800 connected directely to the robot via FC.
