Need DA search default as Custodian Manager: Use email address and display names

When setting up a DA search, the default value for Custodian Manager options is use email addresses only.

Our environment pretty much requires that we search on address and display name.

There is no setting in the Configurations tab to determine what the default value is.  Could this be changed?

We reaaaaaaaaaallllly reaaaalllly need this.
