Need way to control alerts for Mac Address spoofing protection

I enabled mac address spoofing protection, but it did not follow the notification rules for firewall rules; it creates a user notification popup whenever something is detected, even though there isn't much a user can do about this (it is normal to have this issue when VPN - with no split tunneling - is activated).

Please a) detect when VPN is active and turn off notification - the client will never see arp requests from devices other than the next hop router, and b) please give the ability to disable user notification while leaving mac address spoofing enabled.
