Backup exec's backup jobs are failing with HP D2D VTL - Error - Mount failed. Physical Volume Library Media not found.

Hi,

Backup Exec server 2012 is configured with physical tape library for long term retention and HP D2D VTL for daily backup (short term retention), all backup jobs are failing with "Error - Mount failed. Physical Volume Library Media not found" with HP D2D VTL, but if i redirect backup with physical tape library, it is getting successful. and also already there is a backup data at virtual tape for around 300 GB in HP D2D VTL, now it is showing as entry, means all vitual tapes are showing as entry (100 % free space)
