Can we restore server by System State?

Hi Community,

My system is:

-Windows Server 2008 R2 STD, SP1

-Symantec Backup Exec 2012, updated Service Pack 4 already.

It is Backup Server, backup itself and backup for some Agent Servers in my system.

I plan run full backup for all servers once a month, backup all files in C drive, Microsoft SQL Server Instances and System State (as attached picture).

If unluckily, my agents server run down, is it able to restore my server?

I have used Symantec System Recovery to backup and restore server successfully, but i wonder can i do it with Symantec Backup Exec when i have backuped all selections?
