End Point Protection - File Fingerprint exception.

I would like the ability to manually create an exception for an exe file based off of its file fingerprint.

So, the way I see this working is as follows:

Have a tool that allows me to get a file fingerprint off of a file that I'm interested in setting up an exception for.  I'm interested in the ability of setting up exclusion for a file based on finger print not location.
